We called 2 other companies, had 1 send a guy out for 4 hours and was not successful, tried to charge close to 1k and the other company never returned our calls or showed up. Someone suggested Smith's, so I called on day 5 of not using water in my house. Billy was on call and showed up within a few minutes, took less than an hour to clear that drain and fix the issue. We paid extra as it was outside of normal business hours which I agreed to upfront, but still great prices and excellent service. Will recommend and use Smith's from now on!
